First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a new three-drug combination (tazemetostat, dabrafenib, and trametinib) in people with advanced BRAF-mutated melanoma whose cancer worsened despite prior BRAF/MEK inhibitor therapy. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the combo can slow tumor growth. About 16 adults with stage IV melanoma are participating.
