Summary
This study tests a new way to replace the aortic valve in 50 people who have a mechanical heart pump (LVAD) and a leaky aortic valve. The procedure uses a special valve system inserted through a tube in the artery, aiming to fix the leak without open-heart surgery. The goal is to see if it's safe and works well, reducing complications like bleeding, stroke, and kidney injury.
