New brain scan may sharpen Alzheimer's diagnosis

Summary
This study aims to see if a newer type of brain scan (Tau-PET) can improve doctors' ability to diagnose Alzheimer's disease compared to a standard scan (Amyloid-PET). Researchers will enroll 120 adults aged 50-85 with mild memory or thinking problems. Participants will receive both scans, and doctors will compare how much their diagnostic confidence and accuracy change.
