Summary

This study uses specialized brain scans (PET scans) to see if anti-amyloid Alzheimer's drugs also reduce tau protein tangles in the brain. Researchers will follow 135 patients with mild Alzheimer's symptoms who are already receiving these therapies at Mayo Clinic. The goal is to better understand how these treatments work by measuring changes in two key Alzheimer's proteins over time.
