Summary
This study tests a medication called tasimelteon to see if it can help people with Delayed Sleep-Wake Phase Disorder (DSWPD) fall asleep earlier. DSWPD makes it hard to fall asleep at a normal time, causing a late sleep schedule. The trial will compare tasimelteon to a placebo in 70 adults to measure changes in sleep timing and quality.
