First seen Jul 20, 2026 · Last updated Jul 21, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study explores whether combining traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage with a tailored exercise program can help older adults with sarcopenia (muscle loss) and sleep disturbances. Researchers will also examine how sleep patterns and body constitution relate to these conditions. Participants include adults aged 65 and older with sarcopenia or poor sleep, as well as younger adults aged 20-64 with sleep issues, who will receive a 2-week sleep hygiene and acupoint massage course.
