Summary
This early-stage study tests the safety of combining the chemotherapy drug TAS-102 with radiation therapy for people with stage II or III rectal cancer that hasn't been treated yet. The goal is to find the safest dose of TAS-102 to use with radiation before surgery. About 19 adults will take part, and researchers will monitor for side effects.
