Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new drug called tarlatamab, which helps the immune system find and attack cancer cells, when given together with standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy. The study includes about 184 people with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer who have not had prior treatment for this stage. The main goal is to check safety and side effects, while also looking at whether the combination helps shrink tumors or delay cancer progression.
