Summary

This study tests a new drug (BL-M14D1) combined with an approved immunotherapy (atezolizumab) in 36 adults with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer that has no standard treatment. The goal is to see if the combination can shrink tumors and control the disease. Participants must provide tumor samples and have a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
