Summary
This study is testing if adding the anti-inflammatory drug celecoxib to standard depression treatment works better than a placebo for a specific group of patients. It focuses on people with 'Immuno-Metabolic Depression,' a type linked to inflammation, weight gain, and extreme fatigue. The goal is to see if this personalized approach leads to greater improvement in depression symptoms over 12 weeks.
