Summary

This phase 3 trial tests a new drug, TAR-210 (erdafitinib), placed directly into the bladder, against standard chemotherapy for people with a high-risk type of bladder cancer that has come back after BCG treatment. The study includes 220 adults whose tumors have certain FGFR gene changes. The main goal is to see if TAR-210 can keep the cancer from returning or getting worse longer than chemotherapy.
