Summary

This study tests an immunotherapy drug called camrelizumab, given directly into the bladder, for people with high-risk non-muscle invasive bladder cancer that did not respond to BCG treatment. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if it can prevent cancer from coming back or getting worse. About 25 adults with fully resected tumors (except for some remaining carcinoma in situ) will take part.
