Summary
This study tests a drug called talazoparib in 150 adults whose advanced cancer has stopped responding to standard treatments. The drug works by blocking an enzyme that helps tumor cells survive, and is given to people whose tumors have specific changes in BRCA or related genes. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors or slow their growth.
