Summary
This phase 3 trial tests TAK-928, a drug designed to activate T cells inside tumors, against standard chemotherapy (docetaxel) in 600 adults with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has worsened after prior treatments. The goal is to see if TAK-928 can shrink tumors or help people live longer. Participants will receive treatment for up to 2 years, with regular monitoring.
