Summary

This study tests a program called TAILOR that helps teenagers with insomnia improve their sleep. The goal is to see if better sleep can lower their risk of suicidal thoughts and actions. The study will include 235 teens aged 11 to 18 who have had recent suicidal thoughts and sleep problems. Participants will learn behavior-change strategies to improve their sleep habits.
