Gentle exercises may ease MS symptoms in women

Summary

This study compares two gentle exercise programs—tai chi and square stepping—in women with multiple sclerosis. The goal is to see if these activities improve knee joint awareness, leg strength, and fatigue. About 39 women aged 20 to 45 with relapsing-remitting MS will participate.
