Summary
This phase II trial tests a two-step approach for people with relapsed or refractory large B-cell lymphoma who are eligible for a stem cell transplant. First, patients receive tafasitamab (an antibody) plus lenalidomide, followed by tafasitamab combined with ICE chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this sequence can shrink or eliminate cancer before transplant. About 37 adults will take part.
