New drug combo shows promise for tough-to-treat lymphoma in japanese patients

Summary

This study tests the safety and effectiveness of tafasitamab alone or combined with other drugs (lenalidomide, parsaclisib, or R-CHOP) in about 72 Japanese adults with Non-Hodgkin lymphoma, including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. The goal is to find the best doses and see if the treatment shrinks tumors. Participants have relapsed or refractory disease or are newly diagnosed. The study is active but not recruiting.
