This study tests whether tadalafil, a drug often used for erectile dysfunction, can help people with group 2 pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs). About 48 participants will take tadalafil or a placebo for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure how far they can walk in 6 minutes and check their heart function to see if the drug helps.
