Veterans try headband to zap anxiety at home

Summary
This study tests a wearable device that sends gentle electrical pulses to the brain (tACS) to ease anxiety in veterans. Up to 40 veterans under age 70 with moderate-to-severe anxiety will use the device at home for 8 weeks. Researchers will check if the treatment is practical, safe, and helps with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and sleep.
