Summary
This study looked at how much of the drug tacrolimus gets into the blood when applied as a cream to healthy skin. Twenty-four healthy adults applied the cream twice daily. Researchers measured drug levels and checked for side effects. The goal was to understand the drug's behavior in the body, not to treat any disease.
