Summary

This early-stage study is testing the safety and early effectiveness of an experimental cancer treatment called T3011. The treatment is injected directly into tumors and is being tested both alone and combined with an existing immunotherapy drug (pembrolizumab) in people with advanced cancers that have spread. The main goal is to find safe dose levels and see if the treatment shows any signs of helping control the cancer.
