This early-stage study tests whether giving specially grown immune cells (called coronavirus-specific T cells) from a donor can safely prevent COVID-19 infection in people who recently had a stem cell transplant and have weak immune systems. About 24 adults and children will receive one of three doses of these cells. The main goal is to check for side effects, like infusion reactions or graft-versus-host disease.
