New liver cancer treatment oil put on hold

Summary
This study tests a new oil called T-ACE Oil for people with liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The oil is injected into the liver's blood vessels to block them and deliver treatment directly to the tumor. The trial aims to check if the oil is safe and works better than current options. About 82 adults will take part, but the study is currently paused.
