Summary

This study tests whether a daily synbiotic formula (SGR11) can improve symptoms and quality of life in 50 adults with mild-to-moderate ulcerative colitis, a type of inflammatory bowel disease. Participants take the formula for 8 weeks and complete questionnaires and stool tests to track changes. The goal is to see if SGR11 is safe and effective for managing IBD.
