Summary
This study tests whether a digital symptom questionnaire, called Ped-PRO-CTCAE, can be used by children and teens with cancer (ages 7-21) and their caregivers during clinic visits. The tool is shared with doctors to see if it's practical, easy to use, and helpful. About 85 participants will help researchers prepare for a larger future study.
