New study: app and exercise may boost quality of life after esophageal cancer surgery

Summary
This study tests whether using a health app for symptom tracking plus a resistance exercise program can improve quality of life and reduce muscle loss in people who had surgery for esophageal cancer. About 90 adults who have fully recovered from surgery will be enrolled. The goal is to see if these strategies help patients feel better and regain strength.
