NCT ID NCT06907862
First seen May 14, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looks at whether a 12-week digital diet program, including extra vegetables and soy foods, can lower blood pressure and improve heart health in 300 adults with obesity, high blood pressure, and often type 2 diabetes. Participants will either follow the diet with highly processed soy foods, less processed soy foods, or receive standard care. The goal is to see if these diet changes help manage heart disease risk factors.
