First seen May 14, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests whether a digital diet program, combined with extra vegetables and soy foods, can lower blood pressure in adults with hypertension, obesity, and type 2 diabetes. 300 participants will be split into three groups: one gets highly processed soy foods, another gets minimally processed soy foods, and a third gets standard care. The goal is to see if the diet helps control heart disease risk factors over 12 weeks.
