Summary

This study follows 140 children who have had cancer treatment to see how their lungs are affected. Researchers use breathing tests, lung scans, and breath samples to detect early signs of lung problems. The goal is to better understand and monitor lung health after chemotherapy, radiation, or stem cell transplant.
