Summary

This study is testing whether giving a longer course of the antiviral Paxlovid (10 days instead of 5) or combining it with another antiviral (remdesivir) helps immunocompromised people clear COVID-19 faster. About 256 participants with mild to moderate COVID-19 and weakened immune systems will be enrolled. The goal is to see if these strategies reduce the amount of virus and prevent severe illness.
