Summary

This study looked at 45 adults on hemodialysis who had a blocked superior vena cava (SVC), a large vein in the chest. Doctors used surgery or a tube-like device to reopen the vein and relieve symptoms. The goal was to improve blood flow and quality of life for these patients.
