Summary

This study looks at how different surgical tools used during lung cancer surgery might affect coughing after the operation. About 248 adults having right lung surgery will be randomly assigned to one of two tool types. The goal is to find out which tool causes less nerve damage and fewer coughing problems, helping surgeons improve recovery and quality of life.
