Does your Surgeon's tool choice cause more coughing?

Summary

This study looks at how different surgical tools used during lung cancer surgery affect coughing after the operation. About 248 adults having lung surgery will be randomly assigned to receive either energy-based or mechanical cutting tools. The goal is to find out which tool causes less coughing and to help surgeons choose better methods to improve patient recovery.
