Surgery before IVF: does it boost pregnancy chances for endometriosis patients?
NCT ID NCT02948972
Summary
This study aims to find out if having complete surgery to remove colorectal endometriosis before starting IVF treatment leads to better pregnancy rates compared to starting IVF treatment alone. It will involve 120 women with this specific type of endometriosis who are struggling with infertility and persistent pain. The main goal is to see which approach results in more successful pregnancies after two rounds of IVF.
