Summary

This study follows 500 children in Italy who had surgery for a rare birth defect affecting the anus and rectum. Researchers are comparing three different surgical techniques to see which one leads to better bowel control and fewer complications. They will track children's outcomes for up to 6 years after surgery to determine the most effective approach.
