Brain cancer surgery debate: does removing recurrent tumors save lives?

Summary
This study looks at whether having surgery to remove a returning glioblastoma brain tumor helps people live longer and feel better. About 120 adults whose cancer came back after standard treatment will be randomly assigned to either have surgery plus follow-up therapy or just follow-up therapy alone. The goal is to gather strong evidence on whether surgery is worth the risks.
