Summary

This study tests if a neck surgery (connecting lymph vessels to veins) can help people with Alzheimer's disease by improving fluid drainage from the brain. About 114 adults with early-to-moderate Alzheimer's will either get surgery plus medication or medication alone. Researchers will track memory and thinking skills for two years to see if the surgery slows decline.
