Summary
This study is testing a new supportive care program called POISE for people with advanced lung cancer who are receiving targeted therapy. The program involves four visits with a specially trained palliative care clinician to help patients cope with uncertainty about the future and build confidence in managing their illness. Researchers want to see if this approach is practical to deliver and helpful for patients compared to usual care.
