NCT ID NCT07275996

Summary

This study aims to see if two common dietary supplements, creatine and HMB, can boost the benefits of exercise for frail, older adults living in nursing homes. Eighty participants will follow a supervised exercise program for 12 weeks while taking either the supplements, a placebo, or both. Researchers will measure changes in physical strength, mobility, body composition, thinking skills, and overall quality of life.
