Summary
This study is testing a digital cognitive behavioral therapy program (SilverCloud) in Spanish, with added support from a peer coach, for Latino adults in San Francisco with depression or anxiety. 213 participants will either use the program on their own or with weekly check-ins from a supporter. The goal is to see if this approach improves symptoms and is practical for the community.
