NCT ID NCT07679945
First seen Jul 01, 2026 · Last updated Jul 01, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether two types of facial sunscreen (untinted and tinted) can improve dark spots caused by melasma, sun spots, or post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Adult participants with mild to moderate dark spots apply the sunscreen at least twice daily for 56 days. Researchers measure changes in spot color and size using clinical evaluations, instruments, and photos, and also assess quality of life and participant satisfaction.
