Summary

This study looks at whether a text-based safety plan and supportive messages can help adults who recently had suicidal thoughts or actions after leaving the emergency department. Researchers will enroll 120 adults and track how many join, stay, and find the program helpful. The goal is to learn the best way to use texting to support people during a high-risk time.
