Summary
This study is testing a specialized three-session talk therapy designed to help Veterans in suicidal crisis. It aims to see if this therapy, when added to high-quality standard care, can reduce suicide attempts and suicidal thoughts more effectively than standard care alone. The study will involve 470 high-risk Veterans from VA medical centers.
