Summary
This study tests a short therapy program (ASSIP-OA) designed to prevent suicide in adults aged 65 and older. Researchers will compare the program to usual care in 132 participants, tracking suicide attempts and deaths over two years. The goal is to see if this brief intervention can reduce suicide risk and improve coping skills in older adults.
