New hope for chemo patients: drug combo aims to stop nausea before it starts

Summary

This study tests whether a combination of two drugs (fosrolapitant and palonosetron) can prevent nausea and vomiting in people receiving strong chemotherapy for the first time. About 200 adults with solid tumors will be enrolled. The goal is to see if this treatment helps patients feel better during and after chemo.
