NCT ID NCT05904717

First seen Jun 07, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tests an oral drug called PXS-4728A in 40 adults aged 50-80 with isolated REM sleep behavior disorder (iRBD), a condition where people act out their dreams. The goal is to see if the drug can reduce brain inflammation (measured by PET scans) and is safe. iRBD often leads to Parkinson's disease, so this research aims to slow or prevent that progression.
