Summary

This study involves 1,516 adults with diabetes and coronary heart disease. Researchers will use a special camera (NIRS-OCT) to look at fatty plaques inside heart arteries. The goal is to find which plaques are dangerous and could cause heart attacks, so doctors can better prevent them in the future.
