Summary
This study tests a new antibody drug called 611 in 124 Chinese children and adolescents aged 6 to 18 with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (eczema). The drug targets a protein involved in inflammation. The main goals are to check safety and how the drug moves through the body, while also looking at whether it improves eczema symptoms. Participants receive injections every 2 or 4 weeks.

What this could lead to
If successful, this could provide a new treatment option for children and teens with moderate to severe eczema that is not well controlled by current therapies.
