Summary
This study aims to understand the connections between a teen's heart rate patterns, their ability to manage emotions, and the quality of their relationship with a parent. Researchers will enroll 74 adolescents diagnosed with depression. Participants will wear a Fitbit at night for a week and complete surveys to measure emotional regulation and family relationship quality.
