Summary
This study tests a 16-week video exercise program for breast cancer survivors who have recently had mastectomy surgery. The program includes twice-weekly classes focused on aerobic fitness, balance, and strength. Researchers will track attendance and measure improvements in fitness, balance, and quality of life.
